By accessing or using CrowdCheck (crowdcheck.site), operated by Delegance AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CrowdCheck provides automated AI-powered focus group reports for websites. You submit a URL and email address, pay via Stripe, and receive a PDF report analyzing your site from the perspective of AI-generated personas that interact with your site using real browsers.
Reports are generated by AI systems. They are not a substitute for professional UX research, legal advice, or accessibility auditing. Results should be treated as directional feedback, not definitive conclusions.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and charged in USD. You authorize payment when you select a tier and complete checkout.
If our system fails to deliver a report (pipeline error, timeout, or infrastructure failure), you are entitled to a full refund. Contact [email protected] with your job ID or email address. Refunds for successfully delivered reports are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel jobs that violate these terms.
Reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and distribute. CrowdCheck retains no ownership of your report content. We may retain anonymized, aggregate data about report quality and pipeline performance for internal improvement.
The CrowdCheck name, branding, and site design are the property of Delegance AI.
CrowdCheck is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that reports will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delegance AI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of CrowdCheck is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
Your use of CrowdCheck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
